Megan is a lifelong equestrian, and even after decades in the hunters and dressage, each day in the barn reminds her she's still the same horse-crazy girl at her core. Her hunger for knowledge and advancing her education has led her to obtain instructor certifications through both CHA and PATH. You're more likely to find her spending her extra pennies at a great clinic than chasing a ribbon at a show. Developing an environment that fosters happy, relaxed horses is Megan's goal, and advocacy for the welfare of the horse comes above all else.
Love the horse first, and the sport second!
Before moving back to her home state of MI, Megan served as the executive director of a large therapeutic riding facility in AR. She has years of experience running busy lesson programs and managing facilities up to 50 equines. She would love to meet you and talk about your boarding, training, and lesson needs!

Claire cannot remember a time in her life when horses were not at the forefront of her mind. Before starting riding lessons as a child, she obsessively read every book about horses she could get her hands on, and that same drive for knowledge later led to a degree in Equine Management. After joining the Army in 2006, she continued riding lessons and found a horse to lease in each state to which she moved.
Previously certified by both CHA and PATH, Claire taught therapeutic and traditional riding lessons at a facility in Georgia for several years before returning to her home state of Michigan. She loves distance riding and camping with her Morgan gelding, Gambit. When they’re not out on the trail, dressage keeps Gambit fit.

Our youngest at seven, Acorn is playful and curious, and learning to be a lesson pony. Don't let his small stature fool you - he's certain he's a big guy!

Just joining us at the end of Aug 2025, Brave hasn't had a photo shoot at the farm yet! Stay tuned for details on this very incredible guy!

On the quiet days, he's lovingly nicknamed Bill, however on the days where he's mischievous, Bull earns his name! Bull is an OTTB with big ideas and a sense of humor!

Not only does Cisco love snuggling and attention, he's also a beautiful mover, and is excelling in dressage! Thank you Casey and Lucy for sharing him with our students!

This little sports car is all personality! Dylan is a Lipizzan Morgan cross, has a ton of forward, and a fun-loving personality. We're thrilled to have him at our farm!

Bred at the same TB farm as Nic and Bull, Forrest has been with Megan since 2015. Kind, trainable, and beautiful, Forrest truly is one of a kind. He loves to jump, and is a beautiful dressage horse!

With much of his training and background unknown, we took in Gus because we love his gaits, and have been really impressed with his progress and transition to the lesson lifestyle. Welcome, Gus!

Welcome to the family, Harry! This very sweet OTTB came to us needing improved nutrition, help with some stress-related behaviors, and a little more education. We're excited to see him blossom!

Tall, dark, and handsome. And yes, Nic knows it! One of the most intuitive and clever horses Megan has met, this guy owns a big chunk of her heart.

Todd joined Megan in 2018 and is very special to her. He is uniquely expressive, has a great work ethic in dressage, and puts a smile on her face every time she rides.

Welcome, York! This hunky OTTB gelding can truly do it all. We're so thankful to Lily and her family for allowing York to join us as a teacher!

Darragh is such a stunner! This teenaged Friesian TB cross is sensitive, yet forgiving, with the most lovely temperament! Not only does she turn heads with her good looks, but she also has beautiful gaits and is a smooth ride.

Needing a change of scenery, Lady joined our farm in 2024 as a senior mare. She's fit in beautifully, and loves the attention from our young students!

Opal came to us initially as a foster by way of a Morgan rescue, but we fell in love with her quiet, docile nature and decided to make her a permanent part of our lesson herd. She's been a beautiful addition!

Everyone loves Poppy! We are so fortunate that Poppy's owner Anne allows Poppy to help educate our students. Her kind and patient nature makes her the perfect partner for any student!

Not at all living up to her name, this sweet mare is all cuddles and love. She enjoys trail riding and dressage, and has spent time as a therapeutic as well as college mount.

In loving memory of CeCe. We were honored to be able to provide her with love and sunshine, and hopefully make her last year beautiful.

In loving memory of Cooper. We were beyond blessed to have him in our lives here at the farm. He is greatly missed!

In loving memory of Kala, who owned Megan from December 2009 through 2023.

In loving memory of Scotty, who we were honored to love for his golden years. Thank you Andy and Baiba for sharing Scotty with our young riders.
